1 General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the ph002 platform ("we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). By using the ph002 website and any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. ph002 will never ask for your password via email or phone.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you suspect any unauthorised activity, notify the support team immediately.
• If you log in from a public or shared device, always log out after each session.
• In the event of account hacking or misuse, ph002 will take immediate action, but will not be held responsible for any transactions that occurred beforehand.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on ph002 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time: Typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Identity verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method and from your own account.
• Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and any such transactions will be cancelled.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ph002 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for its members. Each offer is subject to specific terms.

Welcome Bonus:

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳12,000 → maximum ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳17,000.
• Wagering requirement: 20 times the bonus amount (calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit).
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳20,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawing winnings.

All bonus offers may have a specific expiry period. Unused bonus funds will be forfeited once expired. If fraudulent activity using a promotional offer is proven, ph002 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and winnings of that account.

6 Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all games and sports betting services on ph002:

• All game outcomes are governed by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.
• If a game does not complete due to a technical error, the funds spent in that round will be refunded.
• In sports betting, if rules or markets change after a bet is placed, ph002 will settle the bet according to the applicable rules.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final, unless a clear technical error is proven.
• ph002 may add new games or remove existing ones at any time.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph002. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Fraudulent use of bonus offers (bonus abuse or "bonus hunting").
• Any form of hacking, cracking, or reverse engineering of the platform's software or games.
• Unauthorised access to other members' accounts or harassing behaviour towards them.
• Playing games using automated bots or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Registering an account with false or misleading information.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

ph002 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• If suspicious or unusual activity is detected on the account.
• If the member requests closure of their own account.
• Upon a request for self-exclusion or limit-setting under the responsible gaming policy.

Before an account is closed, arrangements will be made to return the verified cash balance (not bonus funds), unless fraud or a breach of terms is proven. Members may request account closure at any time through the support team.

9 Responsible Gaming
